Fresh summer salad with Jamón Ibérico de Bellota

If there’s a fruit that pairs the best with a good Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, that is melon. There are several ways to combine melon and Jamón Ibérico, but today our choice is this fresh salad.

You can use any type of melon, but the traditional one in Spain, where our Jamón Ibérico de Bellota comes from, is the “Piel de Sapo melon” (also called “Christmas melon”, or “Santa Claus melon”). Just make some small melon balls and add bite-sized slices of Jamón Ibérico de Bellota. You can add a couple of mint leaves on the serving plate.
