Tomato Bread and Jamón IbericoThis appetizer “Tapa” is as simple as it is exquisite.

Instructions: Slightly toast some fresh bread, rub half of a ripened tomato and add a hint of extra virgin Olive Oil. Put one or two slices of the best Jamón Ibérico on top of each piece of bread. You don’t need more than that, and some friends & family to be happy. Traditionally, in Spain some rub garlic on the bread.
